1. How long before my order is shipped?

Orders are received and processed within one business day from 7:00 am Mountain Standard Time (CST) Monday until 12:00 pm (MST) Friday. 

Any orders received after 12:00 (MST) on Friday through Sunday are processed within 2 business days of the following week.

All orders placed are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. 


Expedited Shipping: You have the ability to expedite your shipment via local carrier for an additional charge. Orders placed between Monday through 12:00 pm (MST) Friday with expedited shipping selected will ship same day.

Note: orders received after 12:00 pm (MST) on Friday will not be processed and shipped until Monday.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply follow the steps below within 30 days from date of your purchase.
Items purchased from a Curves location are not eligible for return through Curves Customer Care. Please contact the Curves location that you purchased the items to process your return.

Items purchased from shop.curves.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting Curves Customer Care and will be completed by mail.
